I am deeply interested and involved in the Work of Byron Katie and the Integral philosophy of Ken Wilber.  My spritual practices include meditation with binaural beats using Holosync and doing the 'Work of Byron Katie.  I work in an insurance company in Philadelphia specializing in catastrophe risks such as hurricanes, earthquakes and other weather related risks.  I am very interested in the science of climate change, especially in terms of its impacts on the environment, people and the economy. 

I have recently started a yoga practice based on Krishnamacharya and Desikachar's style of yoga.  My teacher is Mark Whitwell who studied under Desikachar.  I have started practicing Pranayama and would love to get in touch with people who have been doing pranayama practice for a long time to understand their experience and techniques. 

I am very keen on the Enneagram as a tool of identifying fixations and shadows.  I am a type Five in the Enneagram.
